SHIPPING
Currently we are only accepting orders within the USA.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our studio here in RI; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. All orders are currently being processed and shipped within 5 business days.

We ship all our orders via USPS depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.

PRICING
All prices online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it, rest assured you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note: the customer is responsible for paying return shipping.

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 7 days after delivery. Please note that items cannot be returned after 7 days or if they’ve been used or damaged through normal wear and tear. 

To return or exchange an item, simply e-mail us at: creativity@elandesign.net We'll do everything we can do to help you with your return or exchange.

SHIPPING ERROR, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake with your order, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know by e-mailing us at: creativity@elandesign.net. We’ll gladly replace it for you. And don't worry; the shipping charges for the new item is on us. 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION
• Cancellation of a workshop 1 month prior to workshop date will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.

• Cancellation of a workshop 2 weeks prior to workshop date will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee,
but only if someone else can fill your place in the workshop. If we cannot fill your place in the workshop, please know we will do our very best to rebook your registration for another workshop.

• Cancellation of a workshop less than 2 weeks before workshop date will not be refunded, but we will do our very best to rebook your registration for another workshop.

We’ll be sad if you cancel your workshop registration, but if you need to cancel please contact us at: workshops@elandesign.net. Include the following information in your e-mail:
